QA Manager

Location: Dorset
Reports to: Technical Manager
Responsible for: QA Team Members

My client, who are one of the UKs leading manufactures in their industry, are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage their Quality Assurance team. In this key role, you will ensure compliance with customer, BRC, legal, and company standards, driving high-quality processes and product safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the QA team to ensure product quality and processing systems meet required standards.
• Implement and maintain HACCP procedures and risk controls for new processes, products, and raw materials.
• Maintain quality standards across the factory, fostering a culture of compliance.
• Develop and oversee operational procedure documentation to ensure traceability.
• Manage internal and external complaints, identifying root causes and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support audit processes, managing non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical needs are met.

Benefits:
