Job title: Quality Leader

Hours: 06:00 - 18:00 , 3 on 3 off

Salary: C. £38,000

Are you an experienced quality candidate within the Food Manufacturing Industry, who is keen to develop their career towards a senior management position, and looking to gain the experience? This role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team of QC Technicians, monitoring KPI's and creating development plans for continuous improvement.
• Attend meetings with key stakeholders and management, review and feedback on SOP's, and lead shift quality meetings.
• Conduct product quality checks, microbiology testing and taste panels. 
• Handle customer complaints, addressing non-conformance and carry out investigations. Ensure all traceability exercises are completed.
• Conduct internal audits including GMP, QMS, fabrication and equipment calibrations.
