The company is a leader in their sector of the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their well known customers. With a commitment to quality and innovation, they are looking to expand the team with a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager.

 

Position Overview:

 

As a Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in the business's food manufacturing processes. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

The business is going through exciting times with movements into site expansion. You will play a key role in this.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems.

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

  • Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Support the Technical Manager in training and development programs for staff.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and updates related to food safety and quality.

  • Up to £55k
