Gareth Baerecke

Gareth has an extensive 12-year career at D R Newitt, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and working his way up to Associate Director. He manages a team of consultants specialising in New Product Development within the Food & Drinks Industry. Gareth’s specialist area is NPD focussing on NPD, Development Chef and Process positions from Graduate to Senior management and Director roles as well as managing a leading a number of DR Newitts long term clients.

Gareth has gained a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry and has developed a strong network of contacts within the Food & Drinks Industry. He is known for his ability to source high calibre candidates and his excellent client management skills. Gareth is passionate about the industry he works in and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest trends and innovations.
