Bakery Product Developer

• Location: Buckinghamshire

• Salary: Circa £45,000

• You will be responsible for growing and leading UK retail accounts

In this role, you’ll be conceptualizing and developing new bakery products from scratch—formulating recipes, running trials, testing, and presenting to internal teams and customers. If you’ve got a flair for flavour and structure, you’ll thrive in this creative but commercially focused environment.
