Our client are looking for a Contract Manager to be the primary POC between the site leadership team and 3rd party contractors. You will be responsible for negotiating, onboarding and managing 3rd party companies such as Rent & rates, Utilities – water, gas, electric, solar, Wi-Fi, Cleaning/janitorial/pest control, Safety, Vending & refreshment, Insurance, Maintenance, Laundry & PPE.

Overall responsibility

· Implementation of office relocation & ongoing review of facility

· Set up and maintain facilities-based contracts with the support of procurement

· Evaluation and actions to improve the operational services and effectiveness in the area of Facility Mgmt.

· Coordination of requests from internal sources and external authorities

· Ensuring the necessary measures/contracts/systems of work for the maintenance and operation of building and facilities (e.g. in the areas of sanitation, electrical networks, alarm systems, locking systems, heating systems, landscape and parking areas, etc.)

· Leading and/or participating in improvement projects and costs reduction

· Management of Site Facilities budget & site asset list
