Telesales / Customer Service Manager 

Hertfordshire - 37.5 Hrs per week 

Monday to Friday 9am -5pm 

£35-£40k Salary + Quarterly bonuses 

 

We're currently recruiting for a Telesales Manager on behalf of a manufacturing business in Hertfordshire. This role is available due to retirement. 

  • To lead, manage and motivate the Customer Services Telesales Team.

  • To achieve sales and profit targets for Telesales customers

  • To be the communication centre for both customers and other internal departments 

  • To develop and implement methods of working to ensure the department is run in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

  • To communicate promotions to customers where specified. 

  • Provide holiday coverage for sales teams where needed.

  • To assist in the management of stock by communicating stock outs to supply chain

  • To train team on system and reports

 

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience managing a customer service/ telesales team.

  • Experience working in a busy office environment.

  • GCSE educated - including maths and english.

  • Sales driven with an understanding of budgets, revenue and margin management.  

What we're offering:

Salary: £35-£40K per annum 

Quarterly bonuses 

Pension: ER 3% and EE 5% 

Life Assurance: Twice Annual Salary 

Annual Leave: 25 Days plus Statutory Bank Holidays.
