Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently log, track, and file customer questionnaires and requests from start to completion, including those through customer portals
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, sales teams, and other departments to manage priorities and ensure timely completion of documentation
- Complete and submit customer questionnaires within agreed timelines, liaising with relevant departments to gather necessary information
- Respond to short customer queries on regulatory, food safety, quality, and CSR/ESG matters
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
- Assist the R&D department with day-to-day activities and documentation as required
