🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the day-to-day finance operations and team across multiple entities
• Producing monthly management accounts and year-end audit prep
• Owning group-level reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasts
• Improving financial systems, controls, and internal processes
• Acting as the go-to for auditors, banks, and key stakeholders
• Ensuring statutory compliance and driving best practices in finance

🧠 Who you are:

You’re a qualified (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) Financial Controller with hands-on experience in manufacturing or FMCG. You know your numbers—but you’re also a natural leader, a confident communicator, and someone who thrives on driving improvement and growth.
