- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and streamlining site processes.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to ensure a seamless, end-to-end operational flow.
- Acting as a champion of the company’s values and culture, leading by example and motivating your teams to do the same.
- Supporting recruitment, training, and retention strategies in partnership with HR and L&D.
- Ensuring full compliance with legal, health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coaching and developing your leadership team to enhance capability and performance.
- Being a key voice in the cultural and leadership development of the site, with a strong focus on employee engagement and customer excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior operations or site leadership roles, ideally within food manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in change management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proven track record in operational planning and driving improvements that deliver measurable results.
- Confidence working with data and insights to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- A hands-on, action-oriented leadership style with a focus on execution and getting results.
- Experience in managing performance, setting goals, addressing under-performance, and supporting team development.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Why Join?
- Lead a high-performing site with significant influence on the business’s future direction.
- Join a forward-thinking company at an exciting stage of its journey.
- Be part of a culture that genuinely values leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
