Shift Operations Manager

Job description

My client are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Leader to join their organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. This role requires excellent communication abilities, to ensure seamless interaction within the teams. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in analysing team performance and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage shift operations of the team to ensure productivity and efficiency.

  • Supervise team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative environment.

  • Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

  • Ensure that all team members are trained adequately and adhere to company policies.

  • Act as a liaison between upper management and team members, conveying important information clearly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Experience in continuous improvement.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

- Sunday - Friday (10pm-6am)

- £38,000 + overtime
