Job Role: Production Team Leader

Reports to: Production Manager

Shift: Mon - Fri (6-2.30pm) , 1.30pm finish on a Friday

This is your chance to join one of the leading gingerbread manufactures in the UK, they are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to join their already thriving team. You will be responsible for running the day to day production operatives ensuring production runs as seamlessly as possible.

• Be responsible for leading a team
• Have the ability to build meaningful relationships
• Responsible for shift efficiency ensuring production KPIs are met
• Ensuring the quality of all products is adherence with necessary regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a team leader/ managerial role is desired
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, specifically food
• Strong organisational skills
