Job Role: Production Team Leader

Reports to: Production Manager

Shift: Mon - Fri (6-2.30pm) , 1.30pm finish on a Friday

This is your chance to join one of the leading gingerbread manufactures in the UK, they are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to join their already thriving team. You will be responsible for running the day to day production operatives ensuring production runs as seamlessly as possible.

Main duties

Be responsible for leading a team
Have the ability to build meaningful relationships
Responsible for shift efficiency ensuring production KPIs are met
Ensuring the quality of all products is adherence with necessary regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience of working within a team leader/ managerial role is desired
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, specifically food
Strong organisational skills
