Job Opportunity: Health, Safety & Security Manager

Location: North West London
Reports To: Director of Operations

Are you passionate about creating a culture of health, safety, and security in the workplace? I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety & Security Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security legislation, developing and implementing strategic safety systems, and driving continuous improvement across my clients operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on workplace safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

• Develop and implement strategic health and safety management systems.

• Deliver tailored health and safety training to employees and Directors.

• Investigate incidents and manage risk assessments and audits.

• Lead continual improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to statutory guidance.

• Promote a positive safety culture and support incident management.

Benefits:

• Salary: C.50k DOE

• Hours: Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
