I am supporting a large food manufacturer who are looking for their next Health, Safety & Environment Manager. They are wanting someone to support across 2 sites but that would only require travelling the other facility once a week initially then every fortnight after probation.

HSE Manager

• Monday to Thursday (8am to 5pm) - Friday (8am to 4pm)
• Bonus: up to 20% salary depending on achieving objectives
• Will be managing a HSE Officer
• NEBOSH Diploma preferred
• Food preparation preferred
• 1 day a week from sister site
• Will be working closely with the senior leadership team across both sites

This role will be more hearts & minds rather than implementing new systems. Recently they have implemented a new H&S system across the group.
