In this role, you will utilise your expertise in coaching, developing, and managing teams, while also driving and delivering continuous improvement (CI) projects. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day performance in production, quality, and health & safety.

You will likely have an operational background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-level performance through strong people management.
