Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Commercial Solar - £35,000 - £45,000 + Van, Fuel Card & Expenses 

The Opportunity:

D R Newitt are working with an exciting developer within the UK Renewable Energy industry who specialise in Commercial Solar & BESS projects. 

Our client is looking for an experience Operations & Maintenance Engineer who will be integral to the companies expanding portfolio performance. If you're looking to join a passionate and highly capable team this will be the role for you!

In your new role you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily checks on our online monitoring platform to ensure there are no fault alerts.

• Inspecting & Maintaining - Performing annual site inspections, evaluations, and tests on solar equipment and systems.

• Completing documentation - Completing reports and records associated with maintenance and repairs.

• Troubleshooting - Using test equipment to diagnose problems and fix them.

Qualifications & Skills:

• You will need to be electrically qualified to be applicable to the role. 

• You must have knowledge & working experience using SolarEdge software. 

• Full UK Driving license
