Working exclusively with an exciting, sustainability focused start-up, we are looking to introduce a Principal Process Engineer into their rapidly growing team. Partnered with global leading manufacturers, this is a business focused on creating new technology to achieve net-zero within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of chemical processes from first principles.

• Assisting the R&D team to help optimise processes.

• Help with the management of the R&D project, peer review project proposals, review reports and make significant contributions

• Lead the research and development activities, including designing experiments, help design laboratory-scale studies, and evaluating the performance of different materials and systems.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure project objectives are met.

What are we looking for?

• PhD in Chemical Process Engineering

• 5+ years of process design experience

• Experience in R&D process scale-up

• Proficiency in principal process design calculations.
