You will get the opportunity to join the Technical team at a fantastic period of growth in which the business is building a new facility to manufacture an exciting new product. The product at hand is on-trend and there are serious plans to move into the Sports Supplements and Pharma spaces.

You will need to bring a hands-on Quality mindset, as well as experience with Quality Systems from a regulatory standpoint. Personality-wise, you will need a standalone nature combined with the ability to have the patience to add value to a dynamic environment establishing itself in its sector:

 

Some Must-Haves

  • Ideally degree qualified

  • Willingness to learn and grow

  • BRC Technical Audit experience is advantageous.

  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel between Essex-based sites

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Level 2 Food Safety

  • Level 2 HACCP

  • Ability to work under pressure

 

What’s on offer

- C.£35,000

- 5-10% annual discretionary bonus

- 4% Employer Pension Contribution

- 25 Days Holiday + banks/increase by one day each year

- 08:30-16:30, Monday-Friday, early finish on Friday
