Job Title: Supplier Quality Manager

Salary: £45,000-55,000

Location: Living close to any location: West London/ East Lincolnshire/ Northern Ireland

We’re hiring a Supplier Assurance Manager to join a dynamic Technical team in a high-profile organisation. You’ll work to ensure suppliers meet the highest standards while fostering continuous improvement across the supply chain.

About the Role

As a Supply Assurance Manager, you’ll:

  • Assess and approve food suppliers, maintaining compliance with rigorous standards.

  • Conduct supplier audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

  • Drive supplier improvement initiatives and manage corrective actions.

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration.

  • Partner with procurement to elevate the supply base and deliver value.

  • Support issue resolution, factory audits, and ongoing supplier assurance processes.

What You’ll Need

Essential:

  • Food-related qualification or relevant industry experience.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS, legislation).

  • Proven auditing and risk assessment skills.

  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.

  • Proficiency with Office 365 and systems like Foods Connected.

  • Willingness to travel for supplier visits and audits.

Desirable:

  • HACCP Level 4 or VACCP experience.

  • Background working with external bodies (auditors, suppliers, customers).

  • Broader experience across food industry categories.
