About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in agricultural sales, a passion for the industry, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

βœ… Achieve product sales targets and contribute to company growth.
βœ… Identify and develop sales leads, converting them into opportunities.
βœ… Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
βœ… Develop and deliver presentations on products and services.
βœ… Monitor market trends, competitors, and product developments.
βœ… Keep accurate sales records and prepare reports.
βœ… Stay up to date with product portfolio and pricing policies.
βœ… Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and product events.

What We’re Looking For:

βœ” Proven experience in agricultural sales – working with farmers, estates, or agri-businesses.
βœ” Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
βœ” A proactive approach to sales and business development.
βœ” Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
βœ” Full UK driving licence (essential).
