Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety programmes and promote a proactive culture through behaviour-based initiatives.
• Manage COMAH Safety Reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and ISO accreditations.
• Supervise teams led by the Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs Managers.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Engineering/Science and NEBOSH Diploma.
• Proven experience in COMAH environments and advanced safety practices (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
