Our client is seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth and success of their biological product portfolio. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop Market Strategy: Develop and lead the strategy for growing the biological product portfolio, identifying market opportunities and positioning.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work with internal teams (commercial, agronomy, and marketing) to create cutting-edge products and drive innovation.
  • Manage Product Performance: Monitor and manage the financial performance of the product lines, ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Stay informed about market regulations and ensure product compliance.
  • Sales and Supply Coordination: Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory and ensure the timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.

About You:

  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in a senior commercial role within agriculture, with strong product management and agronomy experience.
  • Agriculture Expertise: Deep understanding of the UK & Ireland agricultural sector, including distributors and agronomy practices.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Agriculture, Business, Science, or Marketing. FACTS qualification is essential, BASIS preferred.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, balancing market trends with profitability.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead cross-functional teams.
