Our client, a leader in indulgent desserts, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic Customer Supply Chain Team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🍩 Customer Relationship Management – Act as the key point of contact for retail partners, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication.
📦 Order & Inventory Coordination – Process orders, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
📊 Order to Invoice Management – Use SAP or similar ERP systems to track orders, shipments, and invoicing with accuracy.
📞 Customer Support – Handle queries, resolve issues, and proactively address any potential service disruptions.
🚚 Logistics & Supply Chain Support – Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure stock availability, accurate forecasts, and smooth deliveries.
🤝 Team Collaboration – Support commercial meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination, preferably within FMCG, food, or retail.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system.
A proactive and customer-focused mindsetyou're a team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic business.
