• Oversee all food safety operations on site by enforcing food safety policies & procedures 

• Manage HACCP systems, conducing audits and inspections across all facilities. 

• Maintain product specifications and labelling ensuring compliance to customer and industry standards.

• Manager supplier approval process, on-boarding, and maintain all records and data.

• Liaise with customers regarding, complaints and compliance requests.
