About the Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This fast-paced role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets using effective sales strategies
Develop and onboard new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain a structured sales plan to drive growth and identify new opportunities
Work closely with Business Development Managers to maximise sales potential
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Manage pricing strategies and sales campaigns to optimise profitability
Handle customer tenders and coordinate new product sourcing and sample management
Serve as a crucial link between external account managers and internal teams
Your Skills & Experience
A customer-focused mindset with a strong track record in proactive sales
Confidence in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner
A commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate to advanced level)
