Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Kent
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

My Client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support their engineering and facility teams across their Kent site. In this role, you will ensure efficient operations, monitor KPIs, and work closely with health and safety teams, while driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide technicians in technical matters.
• Monitor KPIs to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Conduct engineering audits and deliver training.
• Manage maintenance tasks and ensure food safety standards.
• Collaborate on site development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Formal engineering qualification and installation experience.
• Strong understanding of health and safety (IOSH or higher).
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, and food safety knowledge.
• Experience in an FMCG environment and incident reporting.
• Strong communication, training, and IT skills.
