With a strong track record of successful product launches and a forward-looking innovation strategy, we’re investing in a brand-new, purpose-built test kitchen to support the next phase of our growth.

We’re now looking for an experienced and creative New Product Development Manager to lead innovation projects from concept to commercialisation.

What you’ll be doing

As NPD Manager, you’ll oversee the full development process, working cross-functionally to bring great ideas to life. You’ll collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Technical, and Marketing teams to:

• Manage the end-to-end NPD process, from initial concept through to launch
• Identify market trends and customer insights to inspire new product opportunities
• Support and guide the NPD Technician and Packaging Technologist
• Utilise our new test kitchen for product trials and creative development
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to keep innovation fresh and relevant

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a motivated and strategic thinker with a passion for food innovation. You’ll bring:

• 5 years minimum solid experience in food manufacturing and NPD management
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
• A resilient, hands-on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• A collaborative working style with the ability to motivate and support others
