Are you a 2024 or 2025 grad with a Food Science Degree, waiting for an opportunity to land your first role in food manufacturing?

I am looking for passionate, driven candidate who is looking to get into New Product Development and who is eager to work for a major manufacturer in the industry.

My client, a company who reward the success of their staff, are seeking a passionate & enthusiastic individual, for this exciting & versatile role. You’ll see yourself building rapport with customers during initial briefs, supporting the NPD manager through the whole concept to launch process and have a focus on reporting data from the NPD trials. You’ll gain a full understanding of factory life from product to process, with recipe development & tastings playing a key part of your job!

  • Monday-Friday

  • South East England

  • Salary - £25-£30k depending on experience

  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays!
