Manage customer accounts by overseeing NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects from concept to launch.

Liaise directly with key retailers, maintaining strong relationships through face-to-face and written communication.

Develop innovative designs, incorporating key market trends to drive NPD and EPD initiatives.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all key project milestones and deadlines are met.
