Join a leading organisation in the seed potato industry, supporting the supply chain from minituber production to UK and export markets. Reporting to the Seed and Trading Director, you’ll manage Scottish seed growers, production contracts, and ensure high-quality supply for key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seed supply contracts with Scottish growers.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to meet customer demands.
• Oversee two field staff and support crop improvement projects.
• Plan minituber production for key varieties.

Key Attributes:

• Agricultural background with knowledge of field crops or rural affairs.
• Organised, with strong communication and computer skills.
• Valid driving licence required.
