Supply Chain Optimisation Manager

Wimbledon, London

Hybrid: 2 Days Homeworking & 3 Days in the Office

Monday to Friday

Circa £45,000 + Bonus

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Supply chain review and improvement - focusing on Logistics, Transport & Operational Warehousing

  • Review & Implement a centralised logistics strategy

  • Continue implemented centralised Transport & Operational Warehouse strategy

  • Provide data-backed assessment of decision making

  • Prepare information to be shared with senior management to ensure buy-in at all levels

  • Supply Chain financial plans, savings, justification, and timings

  • Generation of SOPs for daily/weekly working patterns/communications/deliveries

  • Develop internal systems to ensure clear flow of information up and down the supply chain

  • Liaise with other divisions to ensure optimisation of supply chain

 

Experience:

 

  • Experience in project management in food manufacturing supply chains.

  • Has held mid-senior logistics/supply chain positions with a proven track record of operating at this level within the food sector, preferably across a multi-site environment

  • Has participated/led transformation/change-based projects in other organisations

  • Results through strong analytical competency and budgetary control to achieve targets

  • IT literate, able to understand and manipulate data to produce detailed reports
